- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves or jam
- Optional: fresh raspberries for garnish
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into a lined 8×8 baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then fold in melted white chocolate.
