1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup colorful holiday sprinkles (plus more for topping)
Optional: 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or mini M&Ms
Instructions
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in chocolate chips, sprinkles, and candy pieces.
Scoop 1.5-inch dough balls onto a baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
While warm, press extra sprinkles on top for a festive finish.
