- 1 large French baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded provolone or Monterey Jack
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Mix softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the baguette.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
