- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into cupcake liners or mini cheesecake molds.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then whip in cold cream until fluffy and thick.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crusts, smoothing the tops. Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
- Top with chocolate and caramel sauces, chopped pecans, and a swirl of whipped cream.
- Carefully remove from molds or liners and serve chilled.
Notes
