1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
20–25 pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked tortellini with pizza sauce, garlic powder, and half of the Italian seasoning.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a layer of pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with red pepper flakes or chopped parsley if desired.
