This Tortellini Pizza Bake Recipe is a cheesy, kid-friendly pasta casserole that combines the flavors of your favorite pepperoni pizza with tender cheese tortellini for an easy weeknight dinner.

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2025 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cooked tortellini with pizza sauce, garlic powder, and half of the Italian seasoning.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a layer of pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with red pepper flakes or chopped parsley if desired.
