1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions
Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Blend the Wet Stuff: In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine and Sprinkle Fun: Pour wet into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in rainbow sprinkles.
