  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter (for frying)

  • Fresh mint and extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the creamy filling by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Assemble the toast by spreading the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread. Add sliced strawberries and sandwich with remaining bread.
