8 ounces Cool Whip
3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O powder
20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained and squeezed)
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1½ cups fresh chopped strawberries
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip, pudding mix, and Jell-O powder.
2. Beat until fully combined and smooth.
3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and beat again.
4. Fold in marshmallows, coconut, and strawberries.
5. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving.
