- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (drained well)
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
- Mix sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar, garlic powder, and baking mix until fully combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place sausage balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
