Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows (plus 1 cup extra for topping)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker pieces (optional for crunch)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Melt the Base: In a large pot over low heat, melt butter and stir in the marshmallows until completely gooey and smooth.
  2. Mix It In: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, then gently fold in Rice Krispies cereal.
  3. Layer the Magic: While still warm, press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Press lightly so it’s thick and fluffy.
  4. Top and Torch: Sprinkle chopped Hershey’s chocolate, mini marshmallows, and optional graham crackers on top. Gently press down. Toast marshmallows with a kitchen torch or broil for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Cool and Slice: Let set for 30 minutes, then slice into bars.

Notes

  • Optional graham crackers add crunch.
