6 slices thick brioche or Texas toast
3 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
4 graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp butter
Chocolate syrup or hot fudge (for drizzle)
Optional: whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Make the French Toast Batter: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
Dip and Toast the Bread: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook until golden brown and crisp.
Build the S’mores Stack: On a slice of warm French toast, layer mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers. Stack another toast slice on top.
Torch or Toast the Marshmallows: Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows (or broil the stack in the oven for 1–2 mins).
Top It Off: Drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge, add extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, and sprinkle more crushed grahams.
