Gooey Golden S’mores Rolls – a delicious dessert with melty marshmallow magic.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packet)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff (optional for extra gooeyness)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Optional: caramel drizzle or toasted marshmallow topping

Instructions

  1. Bake cinnamon rolls according to package instructions until golden and puffy.
  2. While rolls are still warm, spread marshmallow fluff on top. Add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips right away so they start melting.
  3. Top with crushed graham crackers and a light extra layer of chocolate chips. Optionally broil for 1–2 minutes to lightly toast the marshmallows.
  4. Add chocolate syrup and/or caramel drizzle for sticky sweet topping.
  5. Serve warm when everything’s extra gooey and melty.
