  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
  • Maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a sheet pan.
  2. Cook and crumble the sausage in a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour batter evenly into the sheet pan.
  7. Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
