  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red and green food coloring
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Divide dough into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other. Mix well.
  3. Cover both doughs and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat generously in powdered sugar.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes. Let cool before serving.
