Pizza Tortilla Roll-Ups are an easy, cheesy snack or quick dinner made with flour tortillas, melty mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pepperoni, baked to golden perfection. Perfect for parties, kid-friendly dinners, or game nights.

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and add 5 pepperoni slices per tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon a bit more pizza sauce on top, sprinkle extra cheese, and add additional pepperoni slices over each roll-up.
  6. Brush with olive oil or melted butter if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with Italian seasoning, parsley, or red pepper flakes.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
