- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 4–5 large)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13″ baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the sweet potato base.
- Scatter mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly mashed sweet potatoes for best texture.
- You can prepare the base a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding to the topping.
