- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Extra peanut butter for swirling
- Chopped peanuts or almonds
- Flaky sea salt
- Mini chocolate chips
- Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until sticky.
- Press the mixture into lined muffin tin cavities to form cups.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

- Sprinkle with nuts, mini chocolate chips, and sea salt. Chill for 30–45 minutes until firm.
