Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spoon or pipe filling over the crusts.
