  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Oreo cookies (halved)
  • Optional: whipped cream, Oreo crumbs, or chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cookie Cup Base: Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into greased mini muffin tin cups.
  2. Make the Creamy Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into each Oreo crust cup.
  3. Bake to Perfection: Bake at 325°F for 14–16 minutes until centers are just set. Let cool in the pan.
  4. Top Like a Pro: Once cooled, top with halved Oreos or whipped cream and crushed cookies.
