A luxurious and easy date night dinner featuring lobster ravioli with a creamy lemon butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster tails or cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 package (9-12 oz) cheese or lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Boil the ravioli in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in melted butter until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in chopped lobster and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked ravioli in the sauce. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
