1 package of Double Stuf Oreos
1 cup green candy melts or white chocolate + green coloring
1 teaspoon Irish cream extract (or Baileys, if adult version)
Irish-themed sprinkles (green, orange, white)
Optional: crushed Oreos or edible glitter for topping
Instructions
Melt the candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Stir in Irish cream extract.
Dip each Oreo in the melted green candy using a fork or dipping tool. Tap off the excess.
Place dipped Oreos on parchment paper and immediately add festive sprinkles.
Chill the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the coating is firm.
Serve on a platter or box them as gifts.
Notes
For an adult version, use Baileys instead of Irish cream extract.
Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
