A quick and flavorful honey garlic glazed salmon recipe, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Spoon the glaze over the salmon while it simmers gently.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
