- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- Green gel food coloring
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1 tbsp red sanding sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp green sanding sugar or candy bits (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly.
- Stir in peppermint extract and green gel food coloring until you reach the desired color.
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Smooth out the top.
- While still warm, top with crushed peppermint candies, red sugar, and green bits. Press lightly into the fudge.
