Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • Green gel food coloring
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 tbsp red sanding sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green sanding sugar or candy bits (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in peppermint extract and green gel food coloring until you reach the desired color.
  3. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Smooth out the top.
  4. While still warm, top with crushed peppermint candies, red sugar, and green bits. Press lightly into the fudge.
  5. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm. Slice into squares and serve cold.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For best results, use gel food coloring for vibrant color.
