Easy Garlic Parmesan Pizza Rolls are the perfect cheesy snack bite you’ll make on repeat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into small squares.
  2. Add mozzarella and Parmesan to each square.
  3. Roll dough into tight balls and pinch seams closed.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning, then brush generously over rolls.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
