1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
8 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once browned and juicy, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stuff the Dough: Flatten each biscuit or dough round and spoon in beef mixture with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Seal the edges to form a ball.
Add the Garlic Butter Coating: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Brush generously over each bomb.
Bake to Golden Perfection: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Finish & Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve warm.
