- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell and gently lifting the meat over the shell.
