No-bake cranberry cheese balls are a creamy, crunchy, and easy party-perfect snack.

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (plus more for coating)
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries (for outer coating)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Fold in chopped cranberries and pecans.
  3. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and chill for 15 minutes.
  4. Coat each cheese ball with extra chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
