- 15 frozen dumplings (pork, chicken, or veggie)
- 4 cups fresh arugula or mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- For the Soy Dressing:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili crisp or chili flakes (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Pan-fry dumplings in a little oil over medium heat until crispy and golden, flipping halfway.
- In a jar, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili crisp.
- Lay out arugula or greens on a platter. Add cherry tomatoes and green onions.
- Place crispy dumplings on top of the greens.
- Drizzle with the soy dressing and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
