  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove.
  2. In the same pan, sauté butter and garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Add spinach and wilt gently.
  5. Return salmon to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
