A delicious holiday appetizer featuring sweet cranberries, creamy cheese, and flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) or 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry or crescent dough on a floured surface. Flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  3. Sprinkle feta, cranberries, herbs, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pinwheels on a lined baking sheet, brush with oil or butter, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Best served warm.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
