  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for topping)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch pan.
  2. Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in ginger, cinnamon, salt, and flour.
  4. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  6. Let the bars cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  8. Spread frosting over the cooled bars.
