  • 1 cup imitation crab, shredded (or real crab meat)
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling by combining cream cheese, crab, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until creamy.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of filling into each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal edges with beaten egg.
  3. Preheat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
