- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Extra chocolate chips for topping
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for brownie layer.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread into greased 8×8 pan.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat softened butter with sugars for cookie dough layer. Mix in milk, vanilla, flour, and salt.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spread over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate 30 minutes before slicing.
