- 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized into zoodles)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 orange
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges (for serving)
- Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper for 15–20 minutes.
- Spiralize zucchini into zoodles and pat them dry.
