A no-bake layered dessert with Oreo crust, peppermint cream cheese, chocolate and vanilla pudding, topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • Crushed peppermint candies (for topping)
  • Extra whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a 9×13 dish. Chill to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Mix in half the whipped topping and peppermint extract.
  3. Prepare chocolate and vanilla pudding separately using cold milk. Let them thicken for 5 minutes. Spread the chocolate layer first, followed by vanilla.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping on top for a smooth finish.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Chill for at least 2 hours for best results.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer texture.
  • Adjust peppermint extract to taste for a stronger or milder flavor.
