- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place your pie crust in a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour and a pinch of salt until fully combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the pie crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until golden brown and the center is set but soft.
