  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into 4–6 circles each. Spoon pizza sauce onto one half, then layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and olives.
  2. Fold each circle over to create a half-moon shape. Press edges together and crimp with a fork to seal.
  3. Whisk egg and water, brush over the tops, then sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
