1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Pinch of salt
Optional: Extra melted butter for brushing
Instructions
Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread garlic butter over it evenly, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cut the dough lengthwise into two long strips. Roll each into a spiral, then slice each spiral in half to create 4 half-spirals. Twist the cut sides outward and drop into a greased muffin tin.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until puffed, golden, and crisp.
Optional: Brush with extra melted butter and a pinch of Parmesan right out of the oven. Sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
Make sure your puff pastry is thawed before use.
For extra crispiness, brush with melted butter before baking.
