  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Extra melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread garlic butter over it evenly, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Cut the dough lengthwise into two long strips. Roll each into a spiral, then slice each spiral in half to create 4 half-spirals. Twist the cut sides outward and drop into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until puffed, golden, and crisp.
  5. Optional: Brush with extra melted butter and a pinch of Parmesan right out of the oven. Sprinkle with parsley.
