- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp cold butter, cubed
- ½ cup thick caramel sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, whisk eggs, melted butter, sour cream, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine gently for fluffy texture.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill liners halfway with batter, add a spoonful of cream cheese, then top with more batter.
- Use a toothpick to gently swirl.
- Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle generously over muffins.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then drizzle thick caramel over the top.
