12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
8 eggs, scrambled and seasoned
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 slices American cheese (or cheddar), halved
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer cheese slices over the bottom buns.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese layer.
Add the crumbled sausage on top of the eggs.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the sausage layer.
Mix melted butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter and syrup glaze.
