  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Blue gel food coloring (as needed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • Optional: edible glitter or shimmer dust

Instructions

  1. Crush and Mix: In a food processor, crush the golden Oreos until fine crumbs form. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, then pulse until smooth.
  2. Color the Mixture: Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the mixture and blend until evenly colored.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place them on a lined baking tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Coat in Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the white chocolate, then immediately roll in granulated sugar.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving.
