  • 2 medium apples (peeled, diced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into lined muffin tin cups. Bake at 325°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar, then add eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over crust.
  3. Sauté diced apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
  4. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple layer.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
