  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Let everything simmer together for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley all over and give it one last toss.
